The Tupelo Elvis Festival is an annual music event that brings locally and internationally known artists and fans to Tupelo. The four-day festival takes place the first weekend of June each year. However, it was our first time to attend the Ultimate Elvis Tribute.

Our delightful Saturday, June 4 evening at the BancorpSouth Arena was hosted by the Ultimate Tom Brown with the 2015 Tupelo Ultimate Elvis Tribute artist, Di Light and the EAS Band. Eleven finalists were narrowed down to five; Doug Church winning the 2016 Tupelo Ultimate Elvis Tribute.

I regret that I did not purchase a program, and consequently do not have the names of the majority of the finalists.

The lighting spectacular; the costumes showy, and I had a great time photographing each finalist while trying to listen to "Elvis."
